Pulp Fiction
Ingredients
- Rangeela Contemporary Indian Vodka – 60 ml
- Fresh mandarin orange juice – 30 ml
- Lemongrass – muddled
- Kaffir leaves – muddled
- Jalapeno brine – 30 ml
- Ice
Glassware: Sling glass
Garnish: Baked cracker with coffee boba, dehydrated orange wheel
Method
1. Add cherries and half a glass of ice to the sling glass.
2. Add muddled kaffir leaves, a squeeze of lime, 15 ml jalapeño brine, and 30 ml vodka.
3. Shake with ice and strain into the glass.
4. Shake remaining vodka with muddled lemongrass, orange juice, and remaining brine.
5. Strain over crushed ice and garnish.
Timeless Fashioned
Ingredients
- ARTHAUS Blended Malt Whisky – 60 ml
- Brown sugar – ½ bar spoon
- Angostura bitters – 4 dashes
Glassware: Whisky glass
Garnish: Burnt cinnamon
Method
1. Add sugar and bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Pour in whisky and add ice.
3. Stir well and strain over a clear ice cube.
4. Garnish with burnt cinnamon.
Banoffee Rum Shake
Ingredients
- Segredo Aldeia Cafe Rum – 60 ml
- Espresso shot – 20 ml
- Banana sacrum – 30 ml
- Caramel syrup – 15 ml
- Fresh cream – 30 ml
Glassware: Martini glass
Garnish: Caramelised banana slice, coffee dust
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until creamy and chilled.
3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.
Pink Elixir
Ingredients
- Russian Standard Vodka – 60 ml
- Frozen raspberries – muddled
- Fresh pomegranate juice – 45 ml
- Elderflower syrup – 15 ml
- Lime juice – 10 ml
- Soda – to top
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Pink boba or pink caviar
Method
1. Muddle raspberries in a shaker.
2. Add vodka, juices, and syrup; shake with ice.
3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top with soda and garnish.

Ingredients
- PUMORI infusion (celery, jalapeno, green apple)
- Lime juice – 10 ml
- Jalapeno brine – a dash
- Cucumber tonic – to top
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Celery stick, green apple slice
Method
1. Add gin, lime juice, and brine to the glass.
2. Fill with ice and top with cucumber tonic.
3. Garnish and serve.
Spicy Red Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
- Zoya Special Batch Gin – 60 ml
- Lemon juice – 10 ml
- Lemon slices – 2
- Seedless red chilli – 1
- Coriander sprigs – 4
- Tonic water – 120 ml
Glassware: Gin goblet
Garnish: Seedless red chilli
Rim: Black or white salt
Method
1. Half rim the goblet with salt.
2. Add gin, lemon juice, slices, chilli, and coriander.
3. Fill with ice and top with tonic.
4. Stir gently and garnish.
