A modern, uplifting blend of fresh tulsi and soft citrus notes, crafted to bring clarity, lightness, and a gentle sense of joy.
Ingredients
Fresh tulsi leaves – 8–10
Citrus infusion (orange & lime) – 40 ml
Honey water – 15 ml
Chilled filtered water or soda – to top up
Ice – as required
Garnish: tulsi sprig and citrus peel
Method
Prep the glass: Fill a tall glass with fresh ice to keep the drink crisp and well chilled.
Release the tulsi aroma: Gently clap the tulsi leaves between your palms to release their natural oils, then add them to the glass.
Build the base: Pour in the citrus infusion followed by the honey water.
Infuse and balance: Lightly muddle once or twice, just enough to blend the flavours without bruising the tulsi.
Top and stir: Top up with chilled filtered water or soda. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with a tulsi sprig and a twist of citrus peel. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
Passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned) – 60 ml
Fresh lime juice – 15 ml
Sugar syrup – 10–15 ml (adjust to taste)
Soda water – to top up
Ice cubes
Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Passion fruit seeds or slice (for garnish)
Method
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Add passion fruit pulp, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
Stir gently to mix.
Top up with chilled soda water.
Garnish with mint and passion fruit.
Serve immediately.

Smooth vodka, rich coffee liqueur, and fresh espresso, bold, silky, and unforgettable.
Ingredients
Vodka – 30 ml
Kahlúa – 30 ml
Fresh espresso – 30 ml
Method
Add vodka, Kahlúa, and freshly brewed espresso to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice to ensure proper chilling.
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and a rich, frothy foam forms.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass for a smooth finish.
Garnish
Three coffee beans placed gently on the foam
Serve
Serve straight up in a chilled martini glass.
