Beyoncé is praising her “gorgeous” daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, for her debut as a voiceover artist in Mufasa: The Lion King amid rape allegations swirling around her husband, Jay-Z.
On Monday, the Halo songstress took to her Instagram handle to post photos of her daughter posing on the red carpet in a gold gown at the premiere of Disney’s film.
“My gorgeous baby girl. This is your night,” Beyonce captioned the post.
“You worked hard and you did such a beautiful job as the voice of Kiara. Your family could not be prouder,” she added. “Keep shining.”
In the highly anticipated new Disney prequel, Beyonce reprises her voice-over role as Nala, while Blue also lends her voice to cub Kiara.
Mufasa: The Lion King will hit theatres on December 20, 2024.
