Ananya Panday wore a crushed silk orange saree with gold accents by House of Masaba

Ananya Panday has been serving one breathtaking look after the other in the lead-up to the release of her new film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. From a black silk taffeta Chanel dress from the Cruise 2025/26 collection to the bold bandhani yellow lehenga by Arpita Mehta, and even a modern take on a saree by Manish Malhotra, with the addition of a corset, her fashion game has been consistently on the rise.

For her latest promotional look, the 27-year-old actor made a case for orange being the new black.

Styled by Lakshmi Lehr, Ananya wore a rust-coloured saree for the recent promotions of her upcoming film, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The House of Masaba saree comes with a hefty price tag of Rs. 35,000.

The Rust Windrose Crushed Saree is a stunning shade of orange that complements Ananya perfectly. The crushed silk material allows the saree’s pallu to fall beautifully, while the saree itself is raw silk and tissue and has hints of gold flowers in it.

The actor carried the traditional Indian outfit with elegance; however, she added her own modern twist to it with the saree blouse. The gold blouse is crafted from golden gota, adding a rich and festive touch to the look.

She rounded off the look by adding a tiny, micro black circle bindi with earrings that also had a hint of gold and orange. Mixing metals is the latest style trend that has been adopted by actors. Ananya too wore a silver ring and an oxidised kada on her wrist that had gold work on it.

Staying true to the bold orange colours in her outfit, Ananya’s blush was a warm amber colour, while she added a hint of brown to her eyes.

Ananya Panday teaches Amitabh Bachchan Gen Z lingo

Ananya Panday is set to appear on screen with veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, with her co-star Kartik Aaryan, in an upcoming episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17. She is seen introducing Amitabh to Gen Z slang, which left him both puzzled and amused. The actor taught him some popular terms such as “OOTD”, “drip”, and “no cap”.

Ananya calls Amitabh Bachchan a “drip”, a Gen Z term that describes someone who is stylish and cool. The comment draws a laugh from the superstar, who says, “Drip to me means water falling from the ceiling.”

Continuing this impromptu lesson, Ananya says, “Amitabh Bachchan is the greatest in the world, no cap,” clarifying that the phrase means “truly” or “no lie,” while expressing her admiration for the host.
