First up, the expert shared a video of a salad that can help you reduce 2 kgs in 5 days. The salad is filled with fruits and the right amount of spices. First Chop Pineapple, Apple, Guava, Carrot, Beetroot, Pomegranate and mix them well in a bowl. Next make the dressing in another bowl. Mix Vinegar, Orange juice, pinch of salt and black pepper. Now add Black sesame seeds and White sesame seeds to the mix and combine. Add the dressing to the fruits and veggies mix set aside earlier. Garnish with chopped coriander. You can plate the salad on top of shredded green and purple cabbage. The salad has a sweet and tangy flavour from the variety of fruits and the earthiness of the vegetable balances out the flavour well.

While this was a simple no cook recipe, another unique dish shared by Natasha mentions it can help you lose about 1 kg in 3 days. This is a one pot dish and can be made either for lunch or dinner.

First take a cup of rice and soak it in water for some time. Now heat a pan and pour the soaked rice with some water, Next add in chopped beans, carrots, mushrooms, Babycorn, red, yellow and green capsicum. Now add some boiled chickpeas, diced paneer and spinach to make it even more healthier. Next flavour it with chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. To give it an exotic taste, add soy sauce, vinegar and schezwan chutney. At last add some salt to taste and give it a good mix. Cover the pan with lid and let it cook. Once its stars boiling, mix it once again so that the spices are evenly spread and cover again. Remove the lid once done and serve hot.
