Deeply rooted in India’s rich heritage of indigenous crafts and handloom traditions, Fashion Design Council of India remains committed to championing the ‘Made in India’ ethos. This season, FDCI presents a thoughtfully curated lineup of showcases celebrating both established names and emerging voices.

The Boy’s Club | March 19 | 2:00 PM

“The Boy’s Club”, a dynamic menswear showcase at Lakmē Fashion Week X FDCI will feature collections by Countrymade, Dhruv Vaish, Sahil Aneja, and Vivek Karunakaran.

“Men’s fashion has seen seismic changes in the last decade—from dull greys and predictable stripes, it now serenades a vibrant palette, bold motifs, play of textures, as the new age man is ready to take that proverbial leap of faith. The FDCI Boy’s Club is a homage to the man who likes to experiment innovatively,” expresses Sunil Sethi, Chairman, FDCI.

Navdhara Khadi | March 20 | 6:30 PM

This season, Samant Chauhan, CoEk (Centre of Excellence for Khadi), Pawan Sachdeva and Shruti Sancheti will celebrate khadi through their design language.

“Khadi is not just a fabric, it is metaphorical— denoting freedom, sustainability, austerity, it represents the spirit of India. Navdhara Khadi reimagines it for a generation that needs to know and respect its virtues,” shares Sunil Sethi, Chairman, FDCI and advisor KVIC.

Pearl Academy First Cut | March 22 | Noon

This season, Pearl Academy presents C’est Magnifique fAIntastique, a student showcase exploring ideas of magnificence through the fast paced and evolving relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Intelligence (HI) in creativity.

“Students are the future of tomorrow and Pearl Academy has been nurturing talent for the last two decades, their unrehearsed, original thought process brings forth a new way of engaging with a tech-savvy audience.
