Reality television personality Olivia Attwood has candidly addressed her “utterly humiliating” separation from footballer Bradley Dack, her husband of two years, revealing allegations of infidelity.

In a series of Instagram posts shared on Tuesday evening, the 34-year-old, known for her appearances on Love Island, detailed the breakdown of her relationship with the Gillingham midfielder.

This public disclosure follows recent headlines concerning their nuptials, which were reportedly not legally binding as the hotel where they married lacked a marriage licence at the time of the ceremony.

Addressing her 2.6 million followers, Attwood wrote: “I have stood by Brad for the last 10 years during which he lied and cheated on me multiple times. The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.”

The couple reportedly first met in 2015, initially as friends, before marrying in 2023. The Loose Women panellist further elaborated on her decade-long commitment, stating: “I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself – as I did for 10 years – covering up.

“Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies. I of course now feel like a f****** idiot (especially as more things come to the surface). I never wanted to say any of this. I find the whole situation utterly humiliating.”

In a subsequent post, Attwood criticised the “disgusting things” written about her relationship in the press. She explained her decision to leave: “This January, when I was confronted at the screening of one my shows by someone reporting to me yet another night he had gone back with a random girl – I decided it was time to finally leave.

“I’m not losing my job, I’m not pulling the wool over any one eyes. Yes, I’m dating. Yes, I’m getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming, record my podcast, record my radio show, shoot campaigns. And, somewhere in there, TRY to move on.”

Attwood rose to prominence after her stint on ITV’s dating show Love Island in 2017, subsequently appearing in The Only Way Is Essex. Her career has since expanded to include various ITV programmes such as The Price Of Perfection and Bad Boyfriends, and she joined Loose Women as a panellist in 2023.

Her relationship with Dack, including their wedding, was extensively documented across the ITV series: Olivia Meets Her Match and Olivia Marries Her Match.
