How To Make Bougainvillea Cooler At Home

Chef Sneha Singhi Upadhaya shared a video on her Instagram handle sharing the recipe for Bougainvillea Cooler to enjoy in the summer. The video starts with Chef Singhi foraging some bougainvillaea flowers from her garden. Then she takes a pot and adds a handful of bougainvillaea flowers along with mint leaves, lemongrass stalk, ginger, and water, and brings the ingredients to a boil. Once the flowers release their beautiful pink colour in the water, Chef Sneha switches off the flame.

In a glass, the chef takes a couple of ice cubes and strains the bougainvillaea water in it. Then she adds a tablespoon of honey, and it’s done!
