Kylie Jenner’s ex-worker files explosive lawsuit of workplace abuse

After Kylie Jenner’s frenzied nights at Coachella’s desert, she was hit by legal trouble after an ex-employee claimed her time at her mansion in Hidden Hills was anything but rosy.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show the lawsuit which was filed last week that Angelica Vasquez says she became part of Jenner’s staff in September 2024 at Jenner’s Beverly Hills luxe home.

Days later, however, she was moved to the beauty mogul’s other property in Hidden Hills, where, according to her claims, the trouble began.

There, Vasquez in the filing alleges that her religious and national identities, i.e., Catholicism and El Salvadorian, respectively, were mocked while facing continuous harassment from senior staffers at home.

Not stopping there, the former househelp claims she was told “Catholics are horrible people,” and people with a similar immigration status should be deported.

This is in addition to what she adds that she had to bear, which includes regular yelling, being assigned the worst chores, and being left out by the team.

Meanwhile, alleged harassment, Vasquez says, was not only restricted to verbal; instead, often she claims to face hangers thrown at her as part of a reprimand.

Facing such treatment and with complaints being ignored, the plaintiff alleges she was battling anxiety and other related symptoms, forcing her to quit in August 2025.

Vasquez is now seeking unpaid wages and damages for emotional distress.

However, her portrait of alleged harassment was disputed by sources close to Jenner, who claimed she was a junior employee riven with workplace problems as well as attendance issues.

It is pertinent to mention that Vasquez has not directly accused Jenner in the lawsuit; however, she was named for not doing enough to stop the alleged mistreatment by her staffers.
