Denise Richards’ time on Special Forces was good, but not worth another try.
The actress is keeping most details under wraps about her time on season 3 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, but she did open up about the intense challenges she faced during filming.
“It was the most challenging thing I’ve ever done, ever, ever,” the 53-year-old actress told Us Weekly on December 1 at The Hollywood Christmas Parade, where she supported Marine Toys for Tots.
When asked if she was happy to have participated in the physically demanding Fox reality series, Richards responded with a laugh, “I’m glad I did it, but I would never do it again.”
Richards also mentioned receiving advice from Kelly Rizzo, a former contestant from season 2.
While appreciating the gesture, Richards humorously described Rizzo as “nuts” for her tips, adding, “I have to talk to her. I think it was a different experience for her.”
Despite the grueling nature of the competition, Richards said she developed strong bonds with several fellow cast members.
“Trista Sutter is someone I text all the time. And Marion Jones,” she shared.
Richards joined a diverse group of 16 recruits for the season, which includes Trista Sutter, Marion Jones, Kayla Nicole, Brody Jenner, Cam Newton, Stephen Baldwin, and Carey Hart, among others.
