Diddy hit with new lawsuit by celebrity stylist days before sentencing
Sean “Diddy” Combs has just been hit with a disturbing new lawsuit by celebrity stylist Deonte Nash.
Just days away from receiving his final October 3rd sentencing as his legal team scrambles for some leniency, the music mogul’s longtime stylist has come forward with harrowing allegations.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Nash is accusing Combs of “a decade of sexual and physical assault, sexual and verbal harassment, trafficking, degradation and humiliation, threats to his life and well-being, stalking, control, and psychological manipulation.”
Nash claims that he still doesn’t feel safe and continues to receive threats related to his time working under the Bad Boy Record founder.
He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages and is requesting a jury trial.
Nash’s lawsuit comes four months after he took the stand against his former employer during his sex trafficking and racketeering trial. During Nash’s testimony, Combs’ lawyers asked him whether he was planning to file a civil lawsuit.
At the time, Nash responded, “No, I’m focused on getting out of here.”
This marks the latest in a long list of sexual assault lawsuits against Combs filed over the past year.
