Keira Knightley blames the kids cartoon Peppa Pig for her decision for not wanting to grow her family.
On Monday, December 9, during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actress praised her daughters while discussing her new Netflix Series, Black Doves.
In the talk show, the Love Actually star revealed that she has decided against having another child.
“You know that thing where you’re like ‘Oh, you know they’re so nice. Should we have another one?'” she said.
“And you think, “Oh yeah, I could do the pregnancy. I could even do the birth but I cannot watch Peppa Pig anymore.’ So there’s no more kids,” she confirmed.
The 39-year-old actress shares a nine-year-old daughter, Edie, and a five-year-old daughter, Delilah, with her musician husband, James Righton.
She expressed that her kids are “very cool” and currently enjoy Japanese Studio Ghibli movies, which she’s thrilled about after enduring the cartoon about a preschool pig for seven years.
Keira told Jimmy that her eldest daughter has moved on from series and cartoons to music artists like Lizzo and Chappell Roan.
The Pride and Prejudice actress couldn’t contain her excitement when discussing her plans to throw a disco party for Edie, saying she’s looking forward to “getting all the girls dancing” to their favorite songs.
