‘The Traitors’ winner Stephen Libby makes major career pivot after win

The Traitors winner Stephen Libby has reportedly said goodbye to his day job to pursue a career in showbiz.

Libby won the latest season alongside fellow Traitor Rachel Duffy after nail biting suspense in the final episodes.

Libby became one of the longest undetected Traitors in the show’s history. Since the series was filmed last year, he has said to have quit his job in the meantime.

According to The Sun, an industry insider thinks Libby has “all the ingredients” to make it in show business.

“His fashion has been a real talking point and he’s clearly a good looking lad, who is articulate and charming. If he lands the right agent he could do very well out of The Traitors indeed,” predicted the mole.

“He’s the cast member you can see being on talent bookers’ list – you can see him on MasterChef, quiz shows, and beyond,” they added.

Rachel and Stephen Libby became the first traitors to stick together and win the show. They will split winning amount and get ÂŁ47,875 each.

Rachel, who is the first female contestant to make it to the finale, is also set for a career in showbiz.

“It is the best feeling in the world,” she said after winning. “I really thought it was such a big achievement to be the first female Traitor to make it to the final, then win.”

“I can’t believe I’ve just won The Traitors. I’m just a wee boy from the Isle of Lewis. This kind of stuff doesn’t really happen to me,” said Stephen Libby.
