Firstly, preheat the oven to 240 degree Celsius. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the centre. (Image: Pexels)

Next, preheat the beaten eggs into the well and beat until smooth. Now, add a little milk to loosen it. (Image: Pexels)

Keep stirring until all the flour has been incorporated. Beat vigorously and continue adding the remaining milk. (Image: Pexels)

Chill the batter in the fridge for at least an hour to ensure the batter is well-rested. (Image: Pexels)

Now, spoon little oil into eight moulds of a deep muffin tin. Place the tin in the oven to heat. Fill the muffin moulds about half to two-thirds full with the batter. (Image: Pexels)
