How to Make Tea The Ayurvedic way
When Dr. Ankit Agarwal’s patients ask him why he advises against drinking tea, he often replies that people do not know the correct way to prepare it. According to Ayurveda, to make tea, start by boiling milk first. Then add sugar, ginger and cardamom, followed by tea leaves. Cover the pan with a lid and turn off the stove. This method produces good tea without the need for overcooking.
Disadvantages of Drinking too much tea
While tea is a popular beverage, excessive consumption can have harmful effects. Drinking too much tea can lead to sleeplessness and digestive issues.
However, by drinking sufficient water before consuming tea, one can avoid problems like gas and acidity.
