At the Ramayana trailer launch, held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi today, saw the entire cast and other guests arrive for a grand celebration. And amidst the pack was lead actor Ranbir Kapoor, who chose to wear an impeccably tailored black bandhgala paired with crisp ivory-white trousers for the event.

The Bandhgala That Never Goes Out Of Style

Ranbir’s black bandhgala featured a structured Mandarin collar, sleek silver-toned buttons and razor-sharp tailoring. Free of embroidery or heavy embellishment, the jacket relied entirely on its fit and craftsmanship to make an impact. He balanced the formal jacket with relaxed ivory trousers, creating a classic black-and-white palette that is quintessential and always in.

The clean silhouette helped draw our eyes immediately to one detail: a jewel-encrusted statement brooch pinned neatly to his left chest pocket. The standout accessory, which took inspiration from Lord Ram’s bow, had intricate metallic detailing and crystal embellishments.

Brooches have quietly returned to men’s fashion in recent years, appearing on global red carpets and couture runways alike. Ranbir’s styling showed how a single piece can instantly transform a minimalist outfit without making it feel excessive.

The actor completed the look with neatly styled hair, his signature well-groomed beard and black rectangular sunglasses that added a contemporary edge. A silver watch and black formal shoes rounded off the ensemble.

Also in attendance at the event were co-stars Sai Pallavi, Yash, Arun Govil. Sai Pallavi chose to wear a gorgeous silk saree in hues of gold with purple border. She paired the saree with gold choker, earrings and bangles.

Celebrities like Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Om Birla, Aman Gupta, Saina Nehwal, Swami Ramdev, Shalini Passi, Vivek Anand Oberoi and Rakul Preet Singh also arrived to offer their support to the team on this occasion.
