After the success of ‘Engineering Momo Wala’, comes another unique momo shop, gaining popularity not only for its taste but also for its name. Aishwarya Thakur, from Ghaziabad, has opened a momo shop called ‘LLB Momos’ in the UP city.
Aishwarya, who has completed her LLB degree, has a keen interest in cooking. She earned her LLB in 2019 from MMH College, Ghaziabad, and is currently pursuing an LLM while preparing for the Judicial Service Exam.
She dedicates her days to studying and, in the evenings, serves delicious momos to her customers.
Her family provides significant support in running the stall, and although some of her collegemates mock her efforts, Aishwarya remains unfazed by their remarks.
The standout dish at the ‘LLB Momos’ stall is the Rainbow Momos, made without any artificial colouring. Instead, natural ingredients like turmeric, coriander, and beetroot are used to give them their vibrant appearance, making them both healthy and appealing.
Aishwarya notes that many people avoid momos because they are often made with refined flour. To address this, she minimises the use of refined flour, ensuring her momos are light and easy to digest. The momos are reasonably priced, ranging from Rs 40 to Rs 200, catering to a wide range of customers.
