Hurricane Milton caused more damage to some barrier islands that were still recovering from a previous hurricane. Storm surge swept into some of the same areas hit by Hurricane Ian two years ago. Milton also dumped feet of sand in some neighborhoods. NBC News’ Sam Brock reports.
