This exclusive culinary pop-up is a collaboration between THE Park, Bangalore and Himmaleh Spirits, showcasing special cocktails and delicacies from Kumaon (Uttarakhand) at Monsoon from 14th to 16th June 2024, at THE Park, Bangalore.
Himmaleh Spirits will be showcasing their signature gin, ‘Kumaon and I’. A contemporary dry gin distilled using the grain spirit of locally grown rice, ‘Kumaon and I’ features botanicals like Himalayan Juniper, Kalmegh, Timur pepper and Rose that are native to the region. Himmaleh will also be introducing their other signature drinks – Jin Jiji India Dry Gin, Darjeeling Gin and Bandarful Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, all of which showcase the unique terroir and flavours of Uttarakhand.
Helming the bar takeover on behalf of Himmaleh Spirits is Siddhant Hule, a passionate mixologist with a special fondness for tequila and gin.
