Kylie Jenner makes private confession year after hairstylist Jesus Guerrero’s death

Kylie Jenner is remembering late hairstylist Jesus Guerrero one year after his passing.

The beauty mogul and reality star, 28, made an emotional confession in the penultimate episode of Season 7 of The Kardashians, saying her late friend, Guerrero, still remains present in her life.

The discussion opened as Kylie shared that her sister, Kim Kardashian, had called her a few days prior and told her that Guerrero appeared in a dream of hers. He said, “Please tell Kylie that I love her,” Kylie recalled her sister telling her.

“Kylie recently lost one of her closest friends,” Khloe Kardashian shared in a confessional during the episode. “[Guerrero] passed away suddenly, and he does show up to her in certain ways, and I think that is so special. I think it’s so beautiful when people who’ve passed on, they want to reassure you and tell you that they’re okay.”

Kris Jenner shared a similar sentiment about navigating loss. “The grief that you feel when you lose somebody is such a big, huge tidal wave, and some days, it’s like a splash, and some days it’s a tsunami. But if you just look for the signs, you never know what you’re gonna find.”

Two days after Guerrero’s family shared the news of his death on February 23, Kylie paid a special tribute to her friend. 

Taking to Instagram, she shared a selection of photos of them, captioned with words of gratitude towards Guerrero.

“Jesus was more than my friend. He was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support,” Kylie began. “I don’t know how I would have made it through the last almost decade without him by my side. He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter.”

“The pain of losing you is just unbearable, and I don’t know how to move forward without you, but I know great grief is born only of great love. and I loved you so much,” she continued. “Your words, your laughter, your kindness, your beautiful spirit will live in my heart forever.”
