Pete Davidson’s girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, has a bold admission about the physical realities of recovery from childbirth.
Hewitt took to Instagram on Saturday with a mirror selfie of her lifting her T-shirt to reveal her adult diapers underneath, a common but rarely discussed part of postpartum care.
She captioned the photo with humour, noting that she wears them “all day (and night)” and jokingly clarified that she’s not using them for what babies do.
She also pointed out ice pack pads in the background, revealing another practical tool for recovery.
Hewitt, 29, and the former Saturday Night Live star, 32, welcomed their daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, on December 12.
Announcing the birth earlier this month, Hewitt described becoming a mother as her “best work yet.”
Hewitt, who first announced her pregnancy with Davidson in July, also previously revealed that her postpartum experience wasn’t without challenges. Days after giving birth, the model revealed she had a wisdom tooth unexpectedly removed while still hospitalised, sharing a photo of her swollen, bandaged face.
During her pregnancy, Hewitt also opened up about experiencing severe, constant pain, which she believed was related to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
