Brad Pitt makes a personal promise to his kids: ‘Any other outcome is just too hard to face’
Brad Pitt, one of Hollywood’s biggest and brightest is still fighting a decades-old fight, to reconnect with his kids, and sources say Christmas might make a difference.
According to Closer Online, the insider claims, “Brad has not given up hope that one day this nightmare will be over and he’ll have his kids back in his life.”
In the meantime, they say he’s “holding onto the good memories they made together,” and “the fact that Pax has kept his surname is another little bright spot for him.”
However, what the insider did make clear is that “he’s not expecting some huge Christmas miracle where everyone suddenly shows up at his door,” but “he’d be over the moon just to get a phone call or even a text message from any one of them.”
In the meantime, sources say his only focus is on getting them “really meaningful presents,” because “he doesn’t just want to throw money around; he wants to give them things that show he’s still got a connection and insight into who they are.”
Before signing off they also said, “it’s the only way he can really show them how much he cares right now, so he’s taking it very seriously, to the point where it is causing him real stress.”
Also, for those unversed, Brad shares his kids with Angelina Jolie. They are; Maddox (25), Pax (22), Zahara (21), Shiloh (20), Knox (18), and Vivienne (18).
What Happened Between Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie?
For those unversed with what happened between the exes, it all began when 2016 brought with it divorce news citing “irreconcilable differences” and it later came to light that there was some alleged incident on a private plane where all the kids were present to bare witness a physical altercation between the then-spouses.
Per a FBI report that later dropped, Brad behaved in a drunken, and abusive manner towards her and the kids. Red wine and beer was thrown over the kids and Jolie in this flight, and over thousands of dollars in damages were also done to the plane’s seats while Brad was allegedly in this haze.
One of their children are said to have gotten choked too, and another struck while trying to defend their mother from Brad. As for Jolie they say she was held by the head, shook, and pushed into the bathroom wall.
