Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has officially wrapped up filming on Jumanji: The Final Level, describing it as one of the most “joyful creative journeys” of his career.
On Monday, the 53-year-old actor posted a heartfelt note on his Instagram account, expressing deep gratitude to his costars.
“An official FINAL wrap on one of the most fun and pure creative joy experiences I’ve ever had in my entire career – the adventure of JUMANJI,” Dwayne penned alongside a series of photos featuring the renowned WWE legend filming different sequences with his costars.
The Fast & Furious star further wrote, “I’m a grateful and lucky sob to have had a front row seat to witness this insanely talented cast showcase their comedy chops combined with heart and mana across this 10 year+ long adventure.”
“Cheers to my director, writer, collaborator, and friend Jake Kasdan. It’s been my privilege to be directed by you, as we’ve unearthed all these wild characters together in the world of JUMANJI,” he continued.
Before concluding his heartfelt note, Dwayne paid tribute to Robin Williams, who died by suicide in August 2014.
“And lastly, to Robin Williams ~ this finale is for you,” he wrote.
For those unversed, Jumanji 3 will be released in cinemas on Christmas.
