Jennifer Lopez gets candid about ‘single life’ post Ben Affleck divorce
Jennifer Lopez is not ready to get back into dating game following her split from Ben Affleck.
The 56-year-old actress recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where she said that she is not in a rush to get into a new relationship, as she enjoys a single life.
“You’re single right now,” comedian Jimmy asked Jennifer.
To which the Office Romance actress replied, “I am. I should have done it sooner! I’ve been doing it all wrong. Trust me.”
Jimmy then asked, “Would you consider becoming the next Bachelorette here on ABC?”
“No. Are you crazy?” the On The Floor singer responded. “I’m not doing anything to ruin how I feel right now. It’s fantastic. I love it.”
“It seems hard for you to meet people otherwise,” Jimmy reasoned.
Jennifer added, “I’ll meet somebody somewhere one day, if they’re good enough.”
Jimmy went on, “I think it would be great if we put you in a house with 25 weirdos. Wouldn’t it be funny even just as a prank that they haven’t met the Bachelorette yet, and then you walk out and they all s*** their pants simultaneously?”
“I can’t. I could never. I can’t do it,” Jennifer responded. “I’m good right now. I’m happy.”
For those unversed, Jennifer finalized her divorce from Ben in January 2025.
