Ingredients: 1 cup masoor dal, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 2 green chillies, finely chopped, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp roasted besan or breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp lemon juice, oil for shallow frying.
