Reliance Industries Q1 Results LIVE Updates: Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) on Friday announced a stronger-than-expected set of financial results for the June quarter (Q1 FY27), driven by robust growth across its oil-to-chemicals (O2C), digital services and retail businesses.

The company reported a 25% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 3.40 lakh crore, while recurring consolidated EBITDA rose 10.1% to a record Rs 54,067 crore. Reliance also posted its highest-ever recurring quarterly net profit, although reported profit declined on a year-on-year basis due to the absence of the one-time gain from the sale of its Asian Paints stake recorded in the corresponding quarter last year.

Reliance Jio remained a key growth driver, with digital services revenue rising 20%, EBITDA increasing 15% to Rs 20,865 crore, and the subscriber base expanding to 533.3 million, including 285 million 5G users. Reliance Retail continued to expand its footprint with 20,169 stores, while the O2C business posted its strongest EBITDA in four years, supported by improved refining margins and stronger petrochemical spreads.

Ahead of Q1 earnings, shares of Reliance Industries surged 2.4 per cent to close at Rs 1,327.2 apiece on the NSE.
