Reliance Retail Q1 Results: Reliance Retail Ventures reported a 7.4 per cent year-on-year increase in gross revenue to Rs 90,408 crore for the quarter ended June 30, compared with Rs 84,171 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Its quarterly Ebitda from operations declined 1.8 per cent to Rs 5,935 crore, from Rs 6,044 crore a year ago. Ebitda stands for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation.
The retail arm of Reliance Industries also reported a profit after tax of Rs 2,806 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Its Ebitda margin contracted by 80 basis points to 7.9 per cent, the company said in its filing on July 17.
The company added 252 stores during April-June 2026, taking its total network to 20,169 outlets. Customer transactions jumped 46% year-on-year to 568 million, while the registered customer base expanded to 396 million.
Digital commerce remained a major growth area, with grocery orders more than doubling during the quarter. Ajio Rush, Shein, and JioMart also continued to expand rapidly, with JioMart now serving around 5,500 PIN codes across more than 1,200 cities.
